Speed vs height — which matters more?

Tall lifts do not guarantee top speed; launches can be fast without being huge.

Learn/Reading the stats

Height sets potential energy on a lift-hill ride; speed is what the layout actually uses. A 200-foot coaster might top out at 70 mph; a launched ride might hit 60 mph from flat track.

Terrain parks add drops below the lift height, so feel can exceed what a single stat suggests.

Compare both numbers, then look at length and element spacing — speed without space to use it feels different from speed held through a long run.
