Coasters close for lightning in the area, high wind, ice, or mechanical checks. Policies are safety-driven, not negotiable at the gate.
Cold can slow operations — grease, sensors, and guest comfort all matter. Some parks run reduced fleets in spring or fall.
Check the official app during the visit; have a backup plan (indoor rides, shows, rerides on sheltered coasters).
